An allowance refers to a percent discount or financial incentive that suppliers provide to Walmart for various reasons. Allowances are fairly common for Walmart suppliers, as they are negotiated with their buyer during the Supplier Agreement process.
What Is a Display Allowance?
The Display Allowance is a pre-arranged financial agreement between Walmart and its suppliers. If the supplier's invoice does not include the agreed-upon allowance, Walmart will issue a Code 67 deduction or adjustment.

Is Code 67 Disputable?
Suppliers can dispute Code 67 deductions, that appear to be invalid, through High Radius. Suppliers who haven't registered on this platform can request access by sending an email to HiRadCS@walmart.com with their vendor number.
