In October 2025, Kroger bid farewell to Lavante and migrated to Supplier Connect, the supermarket’s new and improved remittance and correspondence management platform. Kroger notes that it used vendor feedback and testing to improve navigation, remittance access, retailer messaging, and disputing. Let’s take a quick tour of what Kroger suppliers can expect.
How To Access Kroger Supplier Connect
Accessing Supplier Connect starts with Partner Pass, the Kroger supplier portal. Partner Pass is a single sign-on dashboard where Kroger suppliers can access multiple Kroger applications in one centralized platform. Current applications include the Inventory Replenishment Collaboration (IRC) portal, the Kroger Supplier Hub, and of course, Supplier Connect.
You can reach the Partner Pass login page at partnerpass.krogerapps.com. Because the Kroger vendor portal uses multifactor authentication via Okta Verify, you will need to download the app to your smart device before logging in.
Once you log in, you will see Supplier Connect listed in the My Available Apps section. Select Open Supplier Connect to access the application.
How To Navigate Kroger Supplier Connect
Most of your time in Supplier Connect will be spent on two pages: Home and Transactions.
Home
The Home dashboard tracks your high-level activity, providing the following key metrics:
Amount of money in dispute
Number of disputes waiting on supplier
Percentage of disputes resolved over the past 12 months
Amount approved over the past 12 months
Graph of open disputes spanning from 0–90+ days
Graph of disputes submitted, inquiries submitted, and message requests over the past 12 months
The Home page is also where you can monitor messages from Kroger. On the top left of the Home page, under Your Tasks, you’ll see Message Requests to Review. These are all messages Kroger has sent you. There are two potential buckets these messages can be divided into. The first, Requests to respond to, may have messages that are unexpected and require your response. The second, Unread responses, includes responses from Kroger that you have requested.
You can select either bucket or View all to see both buckets together. Select each request number to view the message. Take any necessary actions on the associated transaction, such as updating a dispute with more documents, before responding to the message. Once you take any required actions and respond to the message, it will be removed from your tasks and you can move on to the next request.
Transactions
The Transactions page features six different data grids. Narrow your results using filters or the advanced search option. You can act on one row at a time or on multiple by utilizing the checkboxes. Select the transaction number to open the associated details panel.
1. Invoices
The Invoices grid includes all paid and approved invoices. If you’d like more information about an invoice you are viewing, you can send a message request to Kroger. Enter your message into the text box, select the appropriate category, and ensure the checkbox is selected before submitting.
2. Invoice Errors
The Invoice Errors grid shows all invoices that have been rejected or have errors.
3. Missing Invoices
The Missing Invoices grid displays all inquiries you’ve submitted regarding the location of an invoice that isn’t in the system. If you want to add an inquiry, select Add inquiry, fill out the form, and then submit it for review.
4. Disputes
The Disputes grid includes all formal requests for further payment. Select an individual dispute number to see details like workflow status, invoice number, invoice amount, attached proof documentation, and if applicable, resolution reason and amount. You can also send messages to Kroger regarding the dispute directly from the individual dispute details page.
5. Message Requests
The Message Requests grid is another place to track your communications with Kroger.
6. Coupon Deductions
The Coupon Deductions grid lists coupon deduction details (coupon manufacturer number, coupon manufacturer name, associated coupon invoices, etc.) for viewing purposes only.

How to Submit a Dispute in Kroger Supplier Connect
If you want to dispute Kroger’s payment of an invoice in Supplier Connect, you have three different routes to consider.
From the Transactions Page
Go to the Transactions page and select the Invoices tab. Find the invoice number(s) you want to include by using the filters on the grid. Depending on the type of dispute you’re submitting, you may want to first load the Promotions or Payments view from the View dropdown menu in the top right corner of the invoices grid. Select the checkboxes of the invoices you want to include and then select Add dispute.
From the Details Panel
If you already have the details panel of an individual dispute open, you can select the Add dispute button in the top right corner.
From Scratch
You can start a direct store delivery (DSD) dispute from scratch by selecting Add new in the top right corner of the invoices grid and then DSD dispute. This will open a form on the right side of the screen. Complete the details in the top section first, including the dispute type and description. Next, enter the dispute amount for each invoice in the grid that follows. Use the X icon on the right side to remove any unwanted invoices. To add more invoices to the dispute, select the Add invoices button, which will open a list of eligible invoices. Use the checkboxes to select the appropriate invoices. Select Add to dispute and then use the X icon in the corner to return to the dispute. (Note: For some dispute configurations, you can also import invoices by selecting the arrow of the Add invoices button). Finally, if there are any required documents, they will already be in the documents grid. If you need to add a document that isn’t required, select the Add more button. Once you’ve completed all sections, select Submit to send the dispute to Kroger. You can also select the arrow on the Submit button to save your draft and continue it later.
How to Track an Open Dispute in Kroger Supplier Connect
Once you submit a dispute to Kroger in Supplier Connect, you have three options for tracking its progress.
Disputes Tab
Navigate to the Disputes tab on the Transactions page. This will give you a list of all disputes in Supplier Connect. Go to the Workflow status column and filter out any with a Resolved status to see all disputes that are open and awaiting resolution.
Personal Assistant
Select the gray sidebar labeled Personal Assistant on the right side of the Home and Transactions pages. Select the following suggested question: What is the status of a dispute? The chatbot will ask for the dispute number. Once you enter it, the chatbot will provide the dispute status and a link to view the dispute.
Home Page
The chart labeled Open Disputes on the Home page shows all disputes that have yet to be resolved. Select any of the bars to navigate to the Disputes tab to see all disputes in that status and aging bracket.
Help and Support
The Help and Support section offers two options: Training materials and Technical support.
Training Materials
The Training materials page features a growing selection of explanatory videos and PDFs organized by topic. If you’re unable to find the answer to your question, you can email the technical support team instead.
Technical Support
You can email the technical support team at krogerscsupport@prgx.com with questions related to the platform only, such as troubleshooting error messages or navigating specific features. Kroger technical support notes that they cannot help with questions regarding payment status, statement reviews, previously filed disputes, policy exemptions, user access requests, etc.
Your other option is to use the gray sidebar on the right-hand side of the Home and Transactions pages that’s labeled Personal Assistant. The Personal Assistant is a chatbot that can help with frequently asked questions and can provide navigation links to the information you need. You can either select from a list of provided FAQs or type a question in your own words.
