Let’s say you’re looking for a book on Horcruxes, but you can’t find it in the section it should be in.

A library book sorted and filed incorrectly, with even a smallest detail out of place, would make it near impossible to find. 📚

There’s no magic spell for customers to cast when your item has an incorrect detail, making it tricky to find on shelves or online.

If those who want your product can’t find it, they will find an alternative or shop somewhere else, leaving your item on the shelf. 😞
