Becoming a Walmart Supplier 📦

Ready to kick off your journey to become a Walmart supplier? This is how you start your journey as a supplier, turning your product into one of the finest brands at Walmart.😎

Present the Merchandise

First things first, let's talk about showing off your amazing products to Walmart. You'll need to fill out an application and provide all the juicy details: product dimensions, components used, and what makes your product special. Think of it as your product's resume!

Don't forget to include your Federal Taxpayer ID number, which should match your company's info already submitted. Make sure to also submit your contact details, a GTIN (that’s a 14-digit globally unique number), and a UPC (Universal Product Code) and you should be ready to go! 😉

Application ID Number

After Walmart reviews your application, they'll send you an application ID number. This number is your golden ticket to tracking your application and answering any future questions.

Invitation to the Supplier Questionnaire

Congrats! 🎉 If Walmart likes what they see, they'll invite you to complete a detailed supplier questionnaire. This is where you share all the important details about your business: primary ethnicity, sales figures, company particulars, production sites, and more. Make sure you have your DUNS+4 number and Federal Tax ID ready to go!

Evaluation of the Supplier Agreement

Once your questionnaire passes the test, Walmart will issue a Supplier Agreement. This document is super important as it outlines purchase orders, payment conditions, and other key details. Read it carefully and understand all the terms before you sign on the dotted line.
