What is the 'Unpaid Invoice Details' Report in Supplier One?
The unpaid invoice report is a detailed document that shows suppliers the entirety of what is owed by Walmart for all outstanding invoices. For suppliers, this report is essential because it will monitor outstanding payments, manage cash flow, and ensure that accurate financial records are maintained.
The report includes key information such as:

-
Division
-
Store Number (STORE_NBR)
-

The Importance of Tracking Unpaid Invoices
If an invoice appears on the unpaid invoices report, it likely means the invoice hasn't yet been processed for payment. This could be due to timing based on the invoice due date or an overdue payment. In these cases, reaching out to Walmart's Enterprise Business Services (EBS) team can help clarify the status and prompt further action.

On the other hand, if an invoice is missing from the unpaid invoices report, it may already have been processed, possibly with a deduction applied. When deductions are processed, Walmart typically records a check line for the invoice, even if the deduction covers the full amount. Reviewing claim details can help suppliers determine if a deduction has been made and whether a dispute is needed. Staying on top of these reports and claim details ensures suppliers can address discrepancies quickly, recover funds, and maintain healthy cash flow.

How Can SupplyPike Help?
Using the manual process described above can take up to 45 minutes per deduction:
-
to research the validity of the deduction,
-
gather necessary data and documentation, and
-
dispute the deduction in the correct portal.
When a company is dealing with deductions that equal 5% of their business, that can add up to hours a week.
SupplyPike has taken the manual process of disputing a deduction and automated it. It is saving users, on average, 95% of the time it previously took to dispute a deduction with Walmart.
SupplyPike provides all of the required dispute information on hand. It's no longer needed to go to Retail Link, pull reports from the Accounts Payable Inquiry System, and stitch that information together in a coherent dispute.
Documentation is now a breeze with SupplyPike, where claim & shipping documentation (such as Bills of Lading and Proofs of Delivery) are collected and provided alongside your deduction information. This means suppliers can save time by not digging for the correct PDF inside of the carrier's website (or worse still, their inbox).
With all of a supplier's information and documentation ready for use, SupplyPike enables companies to clear charges quickly with one-click and auto-disputing. Allowing for companies to no longer have to transpose the information from one website to another and attach documents. It all happens like magic with the click of a button.
