The Transportation Supply Chain Portal (TSPC 2.0) is the means by which shipments are confirmed and tracked. For more training videos on how to use these tools, go to Retail Link > Academy > Quick Learning Articles > Getting Started > Setting Up You Supply Chain > Supplier Transportation Onboarding Training.

Confirm Shipment

The Confirm Shipment button, under the Routing Tools dropdown on the left menu, is used to Confirm (or submit) your POs into Routing. After submitting this, Walmart’s Transportation Management System will assign load numbers and carriers to the shipment.

Routing Status

The details of the load numbers and the carriers will be provided to the supplier through the Routing Status button under the same dropdown menu. Walmart recommends checking the Routing Status twice a day for any updates or changes.

Requesting Access to TSPC 2.0

In order to get access to TSPC 2.0, suppliers will need to know their Retail Link User ID, a 7-digit alpha-numeric ID. This can be found by clicking on the “My Profile” icon in the top right corner of the Retail Link homepage, then selecting “My User Account.” The User ID is listed under the Personal Information tab.

Then, on the Retail Link apps page, the Retail Link Site Administrator has to click on the Additional Access Request app. In the “Provide exact User Id” search bar, enter the above-mentioned 7-digit alpha-numeric ID, the Retail Link User ID, and then click the search icon.

On the right side of the screen, enter these exact Access Group ID codes for external supplier access:

  • 64301 for the “Transportation Supply Chain Portal 2.0” line
  • 2000260 for the “US TSCP2.0 Supplier - External” line
  • 1860602 for the “Confirm Shipment - Suppliers” line
  • 32001 for the “Confirm Shipment Upload - External” line
  • 2000430 for the “LTL Routing - External” line

Each line will auto-populate with the Group Name, Allowed Users, and Country, but for the Country section, “US” will need to be selected for each. Also, in the lower-left of the screen, for the “Business Justification” field, enter “New System.”
