SupplyPike Certified a Great Place to Work

SupplyPike has been designated as Great Place To Work-Certified****TM! In a survey sent to employees, 98% said that they enjoyed working at SupplyPike –  in contrast with 59% of a typical U.S.-based company.

Using validated employee feedback gathered from Great Place To Work’s data-driven “For All methodology,” the rigorous certification shows that employees have a consistently positive experience at SupplyPike.

To certify, at least 70% of SupplyPike employees must agree that it is a great place to work, and the entire organization must participate in the survey – not just one team.

According to the survey results, which are private, 100% of SupplyPike employees said:

  • “I am able to take time off from work when I think it’s necessary.”
  • “If I am unfairly treated, I believe I’ll be given a fair shake if I appeal.”
  • “People here are willing to give extra to get the job done.”
  • “Our customers would rate the service we deliver as ‘excellent.’”
  • “People care about each other here.”

On the “Trust Index” survey, employees tended to speak of the community, team, people, and culture at SupplyPike.

When asked about the award, Chief Operations Officer Christine Tan said, “SupplyPike is committed to fostering an engaged, healthy, and fun environment for all our employees.
