The Reports page in Supplier One is your one-stop destination for accessing critical data across multiple business areas. Whether you need to analyze payments, track inventory, or review order performance, this hub brings everything together in a clean, filterable interface.

The Different Types of Reports Available

Cost and Pricing

  • Vendor Managed Pricing: this report allows vendors to review the pricing they have submitted and see if their prices are still competitive in the market. It is a tool to manage cost data and can be used to support pricing discussions with Walmart.

Payments

  • Paid Invoice Details: shows a list of invoices paid by Walmart, including payment amounts, check numbers and associated purchase orders. Use this report to confirm payment dates and match payments to your records.
  • Unpaid Invoice Details: lists invoices that are still outstanding. This can help you figure out why payment hasn’t been made—perhaps the PO wasn’t marked as shipped or it failed some compliance check.
  • 90 Days Paid Detail: this is a more time constrained version of the Paid Invoice Details report, showing only what has been paid in the last 90 days.
  • Store Sales: this report shows sales performance for items sold in Walmart’s physical stores, breaking down data by item, location, and time period.
  • E-commerce Sales: this report provides data on items sold through Walmart.com, including ship-to-home and pickup orders.
  • DSV Shipped Orders Report (formerly DSV Payment History Report): this is the go-to report for Drop Ship Vendors (DSVs). It lists all shipped purchase orders, with payment status and amount. If you are a DSV supplier, Walmart uses this data—not invoices—to process your payments.

Inventory, Orders, and Fulfillment

  • E-commerce In-Stock: this report shows which items are in stock and available for sale on Walmart.com. It is used to ensure product availability and prevent lost sales.
  • Purchase Orders: this report shows issued POs and details like quantities, ship to locations and due dates. With Charter access, vendors can see more enriched data to manage fulfillment and logistics.
  • OTIF Reports: the OTIF report provides On Time In Full performance metrics. This shows whether shipments arrived on time and in full quantities. A key report to track compliance and avoid OTIF fines.

A standout feature of Supplier One is its integration with Scintilla, Walmart’s insights platform and DSS’s replacement. There are two types of Scintilla reports you can pull from the Reports Dashboard:

  • Free Scintilla Reports
    • Includes reports like Store Sales and E-commerce Sales
  • Premium Scintilla Reports (Charter Membership required)
    • Includes Purchase Orders, OTIF, and other advanced reporting tools

Scintilla Reports bring transparency into Walmart’s expectations and performance metrics. For example, OTIF reports can help you understand delivery issues before they become compliance deductions, and inventory reports can help you improve in-stock rates and replenishment strategies.

Key Reminders:

  • Walmart only pays for orders marked as Shipped in their system.
  • You do not need to invoice for cost-of-goods payments—Walmart pays automatically.
  • Orders that are canceled, backordered, discontinued, or unrecognized will not be paid.
  • Payment terms follow your supplier contract with Walmart.
  • For a breakdown of check details, use the Payment History section in Supplier One
