How to Use Home Depot's Supplier Hub

Supplier Hub is the main portal for supplier education, action, and performance monitoring/reporting for Home Depot Suppliers. Its major tabs (on the right side of the top nav) are Tools, Resources, Account, and Support.

The main dashboard is the Tools page, which houses the Favorite Tools, Notifications, and the All Tools sections. All Tools is broken down into some common apps including Analytics & Reporting, Compliance, and Finance and Accounting.

Within these lists are some commonly used apps in bold face. 

Analytics & Reporting Apps

  • Askuity Fusion US
  • DataConnection
  • Online Vendor Dashboard
  • VendorDrill Plus – US Merchant Analytical Reporting

Compliance Apps

  • Dispute Tool – Direct Fulfillment Only
  • Fill Rate Violations – SKU List
  • On Time Vendor Feedback
  • Supplier Compliance Metric Preview
  • Supplier Performance Management – SPM

Finance and Accounting Apps

  • Merch Payables Self-Service Portal US ONLY – Supplier User
  • Vendor Rebates & Ad Coop Statement

The Resources tab is their home base for all of their educational content. These are broken down into ten categories, each of which is broken down into a number of sub-categories:

  • Onboarding: Domestic Suppliers, Import Suppliers, and Special Order Suppliers
  • Item Management: Item Data Management (IDM), FLEX PLM, Data Quality Compliance
  • EDI: EDI Program Overview, EDI Onboarding, EDI Production Support
  • Transportation/Supply Chain: Transportation Compliance Program, Transportation Program Overview, International Logistics, Submit Inbound Transportation Ticket, Canada Transportation
  • Supplier Programs: Supplier Analytics, QuoteCenter, Retail Media+, Bazaar Voice
  • Store Setup: MET, Visual Merchandising, Planograms
  • Getting Paid: Invoices, Deductions, Disputes, Non Merchandise Payables/Procurement
  • Compliance: Core Compliance (RDC, DTS, DFC), Dropship Compliance, Transportation Compliance, Data Quality Compliance, Canada Compliance
  • Disputes: Compliance Disputes, Invoice Disputes, RTV Disputes
    Supplier Reference Guide: US, Canada

A lot of this information will be covered here in this eBook, but it is no replacement for Home Depot’s official documents. Some of these resources will be mostly relevant only to certain roles/positions, but having a base level of each of them will be helpful for most roles/positions. 

On the right-hand side of the main display are a few valuable resources that should be utilized regularly: 

  • News (Supplier Digest)
  • Events (View Upcoming Training)
  • Useful Documents: Store Listing, Merchant List, Fiscal Calendars 2022-2024
