Announcing the Fundamentals of OTIF Workshop
What’s going on?
On Wednesday, December 2, 2020, at 10 AM CST, SupplyPike and Supplier Community are teaming up to bring you the Fundamentals of OTIF Workshop! This is session #1 of our Ultimate OTIF Workshop.
We know it’s hard to stay compliant with Walmart’s stringent On-Time In-Full (OTIF) program, especially with the 2020 changes Walmart made to the program’s goals in September. So, we’re bringing you a workshop to teach you about the basics of OTIF and how you can stay compliant.
What will the workshop look like?
The workshop will feature 1 hour of instruction, 30-45 minutes of workshop time, and 30-45 minutes of general discussion and questions.
The 1st session, The Fundamentals of OTIF, will be on Wednesday, December 2nd at 10 AM CST and will last 2 hours. We’ll be focusing on the basics of OTIF and how you can track your scores.
What’s on the agenda? Here’s the breakdown:
Instruction on the fundamentals of OTIF
10:00 – 11:00
Breakout session analyzing your OTIF scores
11:00 – 11:30
General questions and discussion
11:30 – 12:00
(All times AM CST. If there are no further questions, we will expand the breakout sessions. Times may vary.)
What will be covered?
During the hour-long instruction, we’ll be covering the following topics of OTIF:
- The ABCs of OTIF:
- What is OTIF?
- Who does OTIF affect?
- What are the new goals for OTIF compliance?
- How OTIF is measured
- What does my score mean?
- What does it mean to be “On-Time”?
- What does it mean to be “In-Full”?
- Using Retail Link to measure OTIF performance
- How do I view my scores in the new app?
- How do I track PO data in Retail Link?
- How do I spot trends in my OTIF metrics?
We’ll go over your OTIF analysis during the breakout session, showing you how you measure up to Walmart’s goals.
Lastly, we’ll have a general discussion with our OTIF experts. If there is nothing further to discuss or no questions, we’ll spend the rest of the time on score analysis.
Who is running the show?
The facilitators are our in-house OTIF experts, here to make sure you know all you need to about Walmart’s compliance program. They are:
