Announcing the Fundamentals of OTIF Workshop

What’s going on?

On Wednesday, December 2, 2020, at 10 AM CST, SupplyPike and Supplier Community are teaming up to bring you the Fundamentals of OTIF Workshop! This is session #1 of our Ultimate OTIF Workshop.

We know it’s hard to stay compliant with Walmart’s stringent On-Time In-Full (OTIF) program, especially with the 2020 changes Walmart made to the program’s goals in September. So, we’re bringing you a workshop to teach you about the basics of OTIF and how you can stay compliant.

What will the workshop look like?

The workshop will feature 1 hour of instruction, 30-45 minutes of workshop time, and 30-45 minutes of general discussion and questions.

The 1st session, The Fundamentals of OTIF, will be on Wednesday, December 2nd at 10 AM CST and will last 2 hours. We’ll be focusing on the basics of OTIF and how you can track your scores.

    • What is OTIF?
    • Who does OTIF affect?
    • What are the new goals for OTIF compliance?
  • How OTIF is measured
    • What does my score mean?
    • What does it mean to be “On-Time”?

We’ll go over your OTIF analysis during the breakout session, showing you how you measure up to Walmart’s goals.

Lastly, we’ll have a general discussion with our OTIF experts. If there is nothing further to discuss or no questions, we’ll spend the rest of the time on score analysis.

Who is running the show?

The facilitators are our in-house OTIF experts, here to make sure you know all you need to about Walmart’s compliance program. They are:
